Happy Holidays! Office Hours and Closings


Happy Holidays!

To observe the holidays and spend some time with our families, the CMMD and Associates offices will be closed December 24 and 25, reopening December 26 to regular office hours. We will also be closed December 31 and January 1, reopening January 2 to regular office hours.

Please plan accordingly for refill or referral needs, and if you are sick during a closure, please call our office to be provided on-call information.

After Hours Care: For non-emergency urgent clinical advice, please call the office first. A recording will give you the on-call clinician's cell number. You may then feel free to call or text that number directly. For emergencies, patients should dial 911.
