Appointment Reminders

Effective Friday, April 15th we begin transitioning to an automated appointment reminder system. If you have a new patient or physical appointment next week you will receive an automated email or phone reminder 2-3 days prior to your appointment. When you receive your reminder follow the directions provided to confirm or cancel your appointment. Please remember, 24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations.
